This dress is Retro forever 21 ,and yes Forever 21 has existed longer than you've expected each era has their own different logo they change around every decade.  ( it's around 10) She's pretty but not stretchy, slightly prone to wrinkling, so keep her on a hanger.  Shes a size medium in the torso but the bust and hips do hug your body.
